I’m not here, this isn’t happening!

La la la la la la la la la la
I don’t want to know!

google news headlines currently include – iran’s president dismisses the holocaust as ‘myth’, the house of representatives approved an extension of the patriot act, Bush takes responsebility for using ‘faulty’ evidence to go to war (although still claims Hussein was a threat to the U.S.), Microsoft and MTV are starting a new music download service that also allows you to download MTV shows… BLAH BLAH BLAH

and to boot, it’s finals week and I have WAY too much work left to do.

Time to close my eyes and pretend I’M NOT HERE. I’m on the moon. Look at that shit! It’s huge!

The Transcendence of Simplicity

The closest I’ve ever come to a self induced loss of consciousness through meditation came unintentionally one night.

I had been discussing with my friends about the nature of human existence and the need for humans to philosophize constantly and without fail throughout history. by the end of the night we had discussed everything from the purpose of evolution to the nature human history. We had walked for upwards of three hours on our journey through what we already knew. At the end we sat down at a bench. It was dark out at the time and starting to drizzle

As nervous systems evolve to higher and higher levels, they come more and more to understand the true situation in which they are embedded, and the true situation in which we are embedded is an organism, an organization of intelligence on an intergalactic scale.

once we reach that understanding, is there then something more, is that not the beginning of it all?

I had a clear conception of the universe that night, it appeared in my head as a simple geometric shape. Though I can no longer grasp it now as fully as I did then, I carry something from that night with me at all times. I carry a confidence, an absence of fear, faith if you will. Faith in reality.

It’s all around us, it’s all we know, why should we not have faith in it?

Thee Cosmic Switchboard

That which is, that which will be, that which has already been… There is no difference between the three, except in your mind.

Omniscience exists everywhere, but because of how overwhelming that is we instead perceive through the equivalent of pinhole apertures- a tiny, filtered glimmer of the ultimate and infinite.

We must attempt to initiate ourselves into a truer state of omniscience, to filter out less, allow more in, have a higher state of everyday consciousness.

Just like photography, the aperture is increased to let in more light. For the uninitiated, the light of omniscience is so glaring that picking and choosing specific information is impossible. However, with practice, anyone can tap into the Cosmic Switchboard to obtain datum or understanding of the past, present or future.

The Nöosphere

The nöosphere is defined as the sum total of all human knowledge and experience.
This would include everything from our most private dreams to our knowledge of the Universe itself. With accelerating technology as its catalyst, our nöopshere is expanding at its greatest rate in history. This term was first used by Pierre Teilhard de Chardin to describe the evolving sphere of knowledge/cognivity surrounding our planet. A development he saw as the awakening of Global Self Awareness akin to modern interpretations of the Gaia theory. The formation of the global brain.

more to come…
