Major networks have become sensationalized to the point where they are no longer dealing fact but diving out emotional tidbits for mass digestion. While its the fault of the people of the US for making such news popular it does not mean that we must settle for second grade, filtered bullshit. Real journalism does exist and its our duty to protect and champion its existence. Yes, Democracy Now while obviously slightly slanted to the left is one of the few news organizations left doing real journalism.
