Bad Sleep

How do I initiate a lucid dream?
All night last night I was stuck in situations I did not want to be in, and I would have loved to be able to just turn around in my dream and run away.
I’m tired of Shaq sending me on impossible errands, and stupid girls sitting in the back of my car asking me for rides.
Anyone have a clue? I’m tired of shittty dreams that don’t work out in my favor, they are full of anxiety, and they do not make for good restful sleep.
How do I take control of my nights?

  2. i can tell you how but it requires much practice, no matter which method you use. a better way, and one step towards lucidity is to get up after each dream, and jot down the details you can recall in a dream journal. it’s actually quite a blast, but one has to avoid meddling too much. your natural flow of dreams is very important to you. and lucidity should be minimaly used anyway.

  3. Your dreams are a reflection of your life cast through the filter of your psyche. Change either, and your dreams will change accordingly. Are there unresolved issues that you need to devote some time to?
