Where was I last night?
I can’t remember if last night was a normal night of me sitting around with friends doing some homework, or if I was abducted by aliens. I honestly can’t remember.
It’s not typical to be abducted by aliens. But I have no way to prove I wasn’t. I can easily remember myself sitting on my couch doing nothing, but if I try hard enough I also remember an alien proding my penis with a stick.
Exercise: Sit comfortably on a chair alone. Observe everything you can for one minute: see all movement, smell all scents, feel the air, etc.. After a couple of seconds you will probably realize that there are thousands of observable details going on around you. At this point you realize that you can’t possibly remember it all, so you remember what you can and everything else is forgotten.
This exercise is to show you just how selective your memory really is, and how completlely un-objective your memories are of past events.
So I was most likely sitting on my couch last night as I remember, but there is always a chance that due to some alien technique my selective memory chose not to remember my abduction and I just replaced that memory gap with what I expected to happen last night. Unlilkely, however not impossible.
Fill me in, where was I last night?

Thanks, Freud, I’ll take that into account. Think about Bell’s theorum, and then tell me whether I can or cannot experience multiple situations all over the universe at the same time if in fact all the particles of my body communicate with all the other particles of the universe faster than light. It can account for out of body experiences and certain yogic states. We are only at the foot of awareness of these other states, yet we can still relish in the fact that we are part of a universal system be we are never alone and we’re not going anywhere. And like Gods, we’re aware of it.
